I'm almost done with Trails in the Sky the 3rd and is great! Can't wait to start Zero and I hope I can catch up before Trails Through Daybreak releases.

I love JRPG's I played thousands of them and even I appreciate the turbo mode (at least for grinding). I don't think the speed up options destroys the game in any way because these are Strategy, turn based games where the game is paused anyways. You still need to make decisions by your own and the turbo mode does help in grinding and if you don't like the turbo mode guess what? You don't need to use it lol. I think is better having that option than not having it at all.

@ShadowEliteHD yeah, I enjoyed the story and gameplay and fighting the big bosses. I'm a simple guy, I don't need anything too crazy, lots of games that fill that spot, I enjoyed it for what it was, loved the characters also.

And earlier this week, actually, Falcom also said they’re working on getting the first three games re-released on Modern Consoles. At this point, when their leadership mentions that actually making the earlier entries in series approachable to new fans has become a priority for them, I saw little reason not to believe it after having played through fully localized versions of Zero and Azure. It makes total sense to start with Trails through Daybreak if you ask me, and even if you’re not a PC gamer-hopefully the Trails in the Sky trilogy will be ported by then. By then though, Trails of Cold Steel I-IV will without a doubt be the ugliest saga available out there. People will revisit Sky and Crossbell, but people going to be dumping those Erebonian Games Left and Right. I have 3D PS1 games that are less boo my than CSI.

I hated Dragon's crown because of its narrative structure and that it felt like it was built around multiplayer

It doesn't prioritize multiplayer. I play that game solo 99% of the time and it's great.

@LordlyWeeb okay maybe not prioritizing multiplayer but the structure of the story feels like it's intended for multiplayer when comparing it to Odin Sphere
