I am doing juggling,wall juggling highlow juggling consistently to improve my aerial control . I am improved a lot in the drills but in games my aerial control is not improving i can control in small sided games but during 11 s i can't control when the ball is from a distance.

So to improve 1v1 alone I just do ball mastery drills like doing feint drill for 30s or lacroqueta for 30s but without explosiving when doing the move

Hi I have a question, so I’ve played futsal growing up , and my ball control is quite good but when I wear cleats , my ball control becomes horrible. It’s becomes half bake for some reason . Do you have any idea why that is ?

Hello, ball is different, It is usually not as bouncy. Plus I find cleats make things challenging too. So your cushion effect needs to be much smoother.

Notes: Drill 1 -Small steps -Get low- stable -Tight as possible to the cones- don’t let ball touch cone -Lift head up when dribbling -10 times 3 sets Drill 2 -Zig zag cones 6-8 yards away -Stay tight - 10 times 3 sets Drill 3 -Keep body low -Keep ball close -high intensity -use all parts of foot and turn.. use moves in the middle (freestyle)

I really really need you so you know that training your is important in football but like I can't train cus I fear injury and I fear that i will be sore the next day so what is your advice To be specific I train 6 days a week with 3 days of body workout exercises and just do upper body workout and the same day I do my football training so it's a double day please what's your advice
