Train Cake
I bake 2 loaf cakes and 1 Swiss roll for making a train . Decorated with candies, bunties, polo and whipped cream . Also used food colours .
For loaf sponges .
Eggs 4
Sugar 8 ounces
Oil 6 tbsp
All purpose flour 8 ounces
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Method
Beat eggs very well then add sugar and again beat . Add oil and again beat well .Now add vanilla essence and beat . Add all purpose flour and fold well . Pour mixture in two different load pans and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes .
Swiss roll
Egg 1
Sugar 1 ounce
All purpose flour 1 ounce
Vanilla essence half tsp
Method
Same method as written above . Pour onto the greased square pan . Bake for 15 min . Now unmould from the pan onto the cotton/ butter paper (dusted from icing sugar) immediately roll it. Leave for 10 min until cool completely . Now apply whipped cream inside and agai roll .
Make a train structure with these sponges and Swiss roll. Covered with whipped cream and decorated with candies and other stuff .
You will Love the way of making this train .

There is a caramel work in the making of this Train ,So BE CAREFUL when you do this .Because Hot sugar is very DANGEROUS , it may burn your skin very badly .You have to be very very careful .
FOR STICKING BISCUITS i have made a caramelised sugar i.e. Caramel .
One by one stick all the biscuits with the help of this Caramel .
Caramel harden within a second , so if its harden u have to heat it again and again , just for few minutes (also mentioned in the video ) .
I used Glucose and Marie biscuits here .
Also used kids favourite stuff .

Half kg good quality whipped cream is enough . I don't recommend too much creamy filling 🙂 like bakery cakes ... if you follow bakery cream cake then more than half kg cream required .
