Does the operator have to give refunds to passengers when the train is badly delayed? Is that the disabled freight train at 1:25:30?

No, no they don't. I've been traveling inbetween cities in Sweden that are 3 hours apart and been delayed way too many times. Never have I ever gotten a refund
