On Sunday April 1st, 2018, three generations of the family joined fellow train enthusiasts and tourists on South Australia’s SteamRanger ‘Cockle Train’ trip from Goolwa to Victor Harbor (passing through Middleton and Port Elliot railway stations on the way) and return, while Grandpa and Grandson followed by car to video the train from different vantage points during its journey.
This video contains snippets of the trip taken both on and off the train.
All video snippets were taken either in HD or 4K format using three iPhones.
Ex South Australian Railways Steam Locomotive Rx 207 and ‘Red Hen’ 300 and 400 Class Diesel Rail Cars 334 and 412 were in use.
