I'm news to this game, came from PoE and D4(sigh, I had high hopes for it) and I absolutely love this build. Although its my first character but I've always has a soft spot for melee builds. I don't have the numbers you have right now but I just hit 80 so I'm working on it.. slowly lol. Now if I could just figure out how to make this guy green I could just go around HULK SMASH everything. Oh and I subbed to the channel. Keep up the great work

Thanks., the build was easy to progress day 1, and you have given some good information on how to continue increasing the DPS. I'm using the chest piece that gives 100 all attribuites. It gives minus Resistance per INT, but the fool's crown makes my int "1". I think it's a decent option since it gives 100 dex 100 str and you can craft some other mods.

Thanks again. I'm a new player and this build is great even though I'm dying regularly and don't really understand why. Also, how do you regenerate life when it's low and there are no mobs/boss ? It's frustrating 😅

I don't understand DPS in this game. Some days ago, dps on my other character on dummy dropped 3 times, and I don't even touch him from the last test. This time, on this build, I replaced the basic googles for the fool's crown... and DPS dropped for ~20%. How the hell, those googles are not even having something for offense, and it still will be 5 set without them. Also, +11 to main skill, near the same offense items, same passives and even little things, like "chance to repeat for 2 anger", but I barely hit 300m dps. What is the crucial core of this damage you show? I don't think the missing "40% more up close" amulet will make those 100+ times the difference...

So it's important when testing to make your tests the same. Since we have a memory that increases DMG based off how long you've been berserking I typing just hit the dummy for 16 sec then restart the time and go right into using my cooldowns

@@DonTheCrown Yeah, I'm doing that. Also I'm waiting for ~0.5 minute for numbers to stabilize and to reach all the max stacks of everything. I feel like I'm missing some crucial break point, but so far it's only strength that can be lacking (it's just ~40 now). More than 100 times difference must have been a 2 or 3 whole missed layers of multipliers. Lvl:92. 300m damage after 15 sec. S/a/i: 40 20 20 (without the fool's crown) Energy - checked, all is ok, everything turned on. 50% crit (most likely, goes up to 80% or smt, it's very rare to see white numbers) 433% c.dmg (goes up for another 100+, afair) Passives tree - near the same (4-5 dots are different, but it just hp% and res which are missing) Weapon - +3 lvl a.s., 20 p. damage to weapon (was lowered in the last attempt to get a T1), 76% crit d, 86% area damage, which I hope will be enough replacement for a "physical" analog. It says "316 dps" on the weapon top. Mb it should be lvl 100 4 star weapon? But can it really amplify the damage times 100? 6 set of adventurer. It just gives me too much of survivability for now. 2 star, nothing extra offensive as postfixes. Crown is +crit.d extra, but swapping it somehow lowers the DPS. Red crits are still ~5% more big with it, so mb it still add some damage, at the end. Theoretically, it absolutely should, at the very least it has a crit.d, and googles have nothing offensive at all (except, mb, the "support skill +1"?). Mb the area from 6 set are being converted to damage somewhere. My non set ring is Hero's Gaze, 7% first prefix. +46% melee d., 40-45 p.d. to attacks and s. - post.f.; Non set body is recommended one, with also +36% damage. Also mb another +50% from other sources, like a Tetris extra small stats. Like I said, +11 main skill, and its 20 lvl by itself. I'm working on candles rn, nothing good there. My cauldron at the "characteristics" gives another +100% crit damage, and 23% chance to repeat the burst for 2 rage. Rage is never ending, tho. 3 spirits are mostly for survival and generating the rage from crits. Some of them gives, like, 50% extra damage, when winded up. Talents are all recommended. Contract (I started 3 days ago, so not much for pets): 13% add. d; 120% damage; 40% crit damage; 24% attacks d.; some little double strikes and multistrikes. I have a multistrike support and attack focus as passives for characteristics. Well, I hope I translated everything right. Did I miss a whole extra mechanic somewhere? None of my chars can actually get even a half of a billion DPS.

Great vid! I’m playing this game for the first time and got a spider summoner to 70 mil dps, and thought it was a lot… how do I get another 3 zeros? And does the spider man even scale that well? Or should I just level this monstrosity?

I'm new too, and some things I didn't realise initially: 1) You want mainly % increase, over flat increase to things. You can do the maths by yourself, but % is nearly always better. 2) A LOT of your damage comes from what I'd call "third party sources", to which I mean, candles, slates, traits, skills, and not rly equipment. Equipment plays a roll, obviously, but a large portion (maybe 70%?) comes from everything else. So don't overlook it. 3) T0 on gear is a dramatic increase over T1, which is less of an increase over T2. It definitely scale exponentially up the gear tiers. So having some bad affixes on a piece of equipment that has a super useful (or several useful) T0's, is probably still worth using.

This looks amazing, This is my first time playing this season. I leveled a few classes to 90 trying them but struggle really bad. How much to get a build like this running? I've got about 500 to 600 FE right now. But with boss rush strategy I can farm another 500fe in hour if needed.

I got the season pass to test all the builds, and I'v managed to get 3 to level 90 but struggle to kill the big boss in the middle, mapping is super easy although I do find myself dying a ton and losing all the exp.... frequently when someone tells me they have 'nearly identical gear' they are missing a few key components of the build, a x10 factor makes me think youre likely holding a bad weapon

@@DonTheCrown My weapon is a Blue Sea Greataxe: T1 Phys damage to gear, T1 Physical Damage, T1 Area Damage, T0 Explode, t2 Attack Critical Strike rating for gear this is nearly the exact same as you stated in your build or am I missing something?

Ideally you would have #-# phys dmg to gear + chance to inflict paralysis | % gear physical | % gear phys + eliminates enemies under % life. These are 3 seperate mods that you can have on your axe that will massively boost the gear phys of the weapon.
