Come join me for a typical day here in Austria at the Redbull APC. I tried my best but to be honest I still don't think I've done justice to just have incredible this place is!! So privileged to be able to do my rehab here.
Been pretty quiet across most of my platforms but I've enjoyed my time here with my head down working hard! Normal service will be resumed, we off to Reeeeddd Buuuddd next week to watch Tom and the boys!

Wow how sport has evolved in my lifetime is unreal as an older than t-rex rider the book of my day was a finnish written book consisting of running, weights and cycling not in that order there were a few pics of the current elite finnish mx,ers with their cotton shorts and jumpers ,i think the only similarity is the bobble hats they wore .. So thanks for the update billy after 50 yrs in this sport i may need to update my trainning programme !!

Great video!!.......Good content and good editing.......Red Bull rehab place is amazing!!.......Remember to get the toll free phone number of the PT guy you like the best.......So you can call him when you get injured and are not sure what to do........It will save you a lot of nights worrying all night and not getting sleep.......Loved that you said you actually liked the training part.......Maybe when you come to the USA, try to get a hold of Johnny O'Mara (the Red Bull people may know how)(lives near Laguna Nigel - Southern Calif) for a training consult........More than anything, if he helps you with "liking training" and the professional mindset, that would be really big!!.......He did that with Ricky Carmichael.......And Carmichael is now slim and trim 20 yrs after he retired.......Jeff Ward used to say that if he has done everything training wise he can do before a race, it helps his mental preparation the most because it gives him confidence........And winning is all about the mental side and confidence........Your videoing is getting better.......Unlike most people, you let your natural sense of humor come out and it works really well.......The more you do it, the better you will get........And you are pretty naturally entertaining.........Still would like to see you interview racers after the race and ask them "racer" questions.......And then you throw in some of your humor and I think it would present well.......Sounds like the rehab is going well!! Good job!!.......Good luck!

So glad your with RedBull and you can maintain your dignity. I have always felt insulted when a performer or athlete would promote a product to his fans that is such a blatant rip-off as MonsterEnergy. Every thing about it seems fake starting with the cartoon logo aimed at kids and that disgusting after taste makes it pretty much undrinkable at some point and I have never seen anyone finish the entire full sized can. I realize RedBull is not exactly a worlds away difference in terms of what the product actually is- A high-test caffeine fix. But at least it’s not straight disgusting and the integrity of the packaging and marketing allows an adult to purchase and enjoy it without feeling sick and like a total twat for actually paying to feel that way b
