Victoria Secret's should release an exercise DVD with Candice, Adriana and some of their other Angels! Now that would be the only exercise DVD I'd ever need to buy, seeing how hard these girls work and what they've achieved is really motivating to try and tone up~ ^.^

I love how they share this with other women! These women are good role models, they're promoting exercise and health! They show society that you don't have to be anorexic or unhealthy to be fit and attractive. They're healthy, confident, beautiful ladies with confident personalities. I personally first tried this out around 3 weeks and it is working! So thank you so much VS ladies for sharing this.

It was hard to do but after a few days your body starts to work out with you and you feel it a lot easier... still hard tho, don't let this fool you. And yes I've seen changes, my jeans looks better on me haha. It targets the abs, hips, legs, inner thighs and of course you're always working the butt. I still don't have her perfect ass but I'm working on it. Just eat clean too, avoid junk food it's okay if you have a craving, go eat it don't torture yourself, and the secret is to drink lots of water too. Hope you get to this workout and let me know about you're progress! :)

the 12-15 reps refer to 1 set.actually if you want the full effect i think you should repeat 3-4 times each set!

@adamcrookedsmile As effective as they may be, it's harder for more 'delicate' ladies to do workouts involving weights. . I can say that because I'm one of those. lol. This trainer has adapted the workouts to be suitable for fashion models instead of regular 'fitness junkies' (for lack of a better term).

I do them everyday but if thats too much, you could do them like 6 days a week, or 5 days a week. Like you dont do them on saturday or not on wednesday or something. You have to find a routine you're comfortable with

Vanessa In all honesty I would suggest this and a lot more. You will probably see results, but it'll take some time Unless you plan to go all out like 3 to 5 minutes per set.

xXNirvanaXx I'm gonna be honest with you if you get taller workout ... you could have a chance but it's hard it's always a long way to go you also need a great face and if you really wanna work for Victoria secret you need to have "that" personality that they are looking for but let's just say your not growing much more because height has something to do with your genetics (of course you could help with LIKE swimming good amount of sleep and drink milk for your bones don't smoke or drink ) but let's just say your like that height you're right now then you could be a photo model 😊 But sadly I'm not really sure which height is really correct but many people told me that you have to be at least 1.75m (I'm not sure about that btw ) to be a runway model but if you have a great face legs and something special about you I think they wouldn't make that kind of a big deal but it would be harder Bc like 99.99 % of these size 0 models are really tall .But you should NEVER stop believing your dreams work for it and achieve it.Even tho it could be really hard I promise you that everything will get easier ❤️ Ah I forgot to add that you could ask model agencies for the height and your chances but don't stop if some of them tell you that you couldn't do it Bc there are many models too who couldn't get jobs at first (hope this was kinda helpful 😅)

Height is more of a genetic thing. You can usually determine your height by the height of your parents. For instance, my dad is 6'5 and my mom is 5'8. I ended up being a little over 5'10. I'm sure there are exercises to make your body appear longer and lean, though.

(do you want me to tell you how many inches those numbers equal to? in my country we count height both in inches and in cm) I've found some of these exercises and i hope for the best :p

+WingsWonder WingsWander Sure! 160 cm is equal to about 5'3 and 180 is maybe a little over 5'11. 170 cm is about 5'6- 5'7. With your parents heights I think it could be possible. Lily Aldridge says yoga and pilates keeps her long and lean. I take yoga as well as it does give a good stretch! Good luck!
