Train Stalls at crossing in Mineola, TX

Me and a few others, including townspeople came to watch a train pass, since I had been waiting longer I could tell it wasn't moving and we drove down to another crossing, only to find the train stalled on one crossing that was on a grade, and so I decided to record the train attempting to get over the grade.
NOTE: it was also a full red signal at the station, I think it still stalled but didn't know why it was still moving on a red, so I assumed it was stalled.
