Train With DPU Eases Down Hill, Train Works Uphill Under Me & Central RR Of Indiana In Cincinnati

Long Train Easing Around The Tight Curves Going Down The Hill To The Ohio River, Train Goes Up The Hill Right Under Me On Pedestrian Bridge, Intermodal Train Crosses Railroad Crossing, 2 Locomotives Running Long Hood Forward Lead Train Down The Hill & Central Railroad Of Indiana Tracks With Melvin Stone Train On The West Side Of Cincinnati. Includes 4 Track Railroad Crossing With A CSX Local Switcher Running Long Hood Forward In Cincinnati. 6 Trains In Kentucky And Cincinnati, Ohio On Norfolk Southern And CIND.
Also includes a close look at my favorite pedestrian bridge that goes over 2 tracks on the Norfolk Southern main line from Cincinnati to Chattanooga , Tennessee. It's pretty cool to see the top of the trains as they pass under and to see what is in the freight cars. There are parking lots on both sides of the bridge and places to eat that are very close by.
Check out the 4 track railroad crossing in Cincinnati on the west side of the city. I haven't filmed here in a long time, over a year. The train is a CSX local running long hood forward with a locomotive that has remote control ability. Sometimes this local has a caboose but not on this day. The railroad crossing has 2 CSX tracks and 2 Central Railroad Of Indiana CIND tracks. I have filmed huge auto racks trains here along with some railroad switching.
We also see a Melvin Stone rock train on the Central Railroad Of Indiana tracks just a couple miles west of the 4 track crossing. I filmed this loaded rock train at night while coming back from a track meet in Cleves, Ohio for Lillia. This rock train came from Melvin Stone near Wilmington, Ohio and is going to Valley Asphalt off Kilby Road near Cleves. CIND uses 160.545, CSX main frequency for this area is 160.230 and Norfolk Southern uses 160.950.
This video shows 6 trains that were all filmed at different locations, although very close proximity to each other.
We still have not heard anything from Hobo Shoestring. 4 members of his family are staying at his townhouse next to Boone Lake. They are having a search around the lake area on Saturday starting at 9am on April 6, 2024.

Just seeing the new blossoms and the green leaves helps uplift one spirits knowing that spring is on the way. Today you had them working uphill add gliding downhill. Intermodal trains moving along while some of the locals move by slowly and even the nightlife for the rock train. Between the nutrients and precipitation this year you can tell which way the soybeans and grain travels due to the lawn that's forming between the southbound tracks. Let's see how long it takes to send out the spray train. Thanks for the subjects as we hopefully get into a dry sunny cycle

@@gheffz He went to the ER, but was released. He was disoriented and went home. The day or two after he was listed as missing. No one knew where he went. All his belongings were left at home. Some thought he hopped a train, but I guess he went into the lake behind his house for some reason and I’m assuming he drowned.

You had another good day of railfanning on The Hill in Crescent Springs, Kentucky on 2 April 2024, Jaw Tooth! You then moved to the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio to catch a CSX local at River and Idaho. The might time video of the Central Indiana Railroad stone train was interesting to watch. The stone from the Melvin Stone Company was going to Valley Asphalt to be used in the making of asphalt.

Aw, JT, they found Mark. I'm just seeing the reports here. I'd just watched this video and I saw Ignited Coyote's Channel that they found Hobo Shoestring in Boon Lake. He was found by a fisherman and has been identified. I guess you're aware of that by now. Please pass my condolences from Scotland in Great Britain here, to his Family and his Family Of The Long Acre. I've watched many of his videos and learned a few things I've never knew before. I'm confined to a wheel-chair so he did my travelling for me and the places we've seen. So many folks have been looking for him but he's been restless and unhappy for a while, so I hear. That was a fabulous mixed freight going down the hill JT! It was long, had a new yellow and 2 new blue box cars with no graffiti, some awesome big plate steel and it had a DPU. Excellent catch! 😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤

Hey JT. I love your RR videos. I'm a railroad fan from Germany, we don't have that long trains here. The maximum legal length here is by arround 730 meters. I have a route right next to my house that is not electrified, as pure turbo diesel power when trains run here...and I love it when the glasses shake on the table😄 The UN number 1993 on the tankers says (contains ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL): The third category of dangerous goods includes flammable liquids of all kinds with a flash point below 61 °C. I hope your freind Shoestring will be found and he is fine.
