This was very helpful to explain why my depression kicks in 2 days after a porn binge. I've noticed this pattern for few years. The day after I feel calm and even more productive (usually) and then by the next day I'm hating myself and can barely motivate myself to do anything, and have terrible thoughts and emotional pain and anguish. And I can't "use" every day or I'm depressed every day.

The Muse Headband will help you to regulate your brain, which will help with your symptoms. Your brain performance pattern will change by reconnecting new neuropathways that have been disconnected. Slowly guides your brain back to normal levels (with repeated use). It will help you. Check it out!

Trish. I was helped by a comment like I always am. This was a great presentation and I guess I would ask: how is that going for you? I liked the “cringy” photo, it looked like a more revealing look. The blouse gave it away, it wasn’t as covering as usual. Not that this is you in anyway, but it’s hard to carry the perfect hairstyle and makeup base, for example, into the bedroom. Once a professional told me what I was doing was “ruminating”. I think he was talking about the time I spend sitting around reviewing conversations in my mind, drawing them out, seeing the unseen, and putting everything into how I am going to respond. It doesn’t matter at this point what anybody says about it or whether they think I should be doing it. Without it, I wouldn’t have my tremendous success. And even the professional who told me I was “ruminating” seemed to enjoy that. Everything is not going to make sense.

Hey Doc why you dont answer my question ? I've been suffering from depression for several years and I wanted to ask if it's bad to take antidepressants for my potency or not? because i'm studying for school and my brain can't concentrate at all. By the way, I've been doing nofap for over 1 year already
@chrismccaffrey82562 жыл бұрын
There are aide effects to all pharmaceuticals and you can find them easily on the paper inside the box or online. But yes, antidepressants are known occassionally to cause impotence.

I've often thought about this, or more accurately, all nutrients that go into creating semen. Its definitely a hormonal drain for sure to get the body to keep producing more and more all the time. Just search what you want in youtube and add her channel name. If there is anything it will be in the results.

Do a prn delete meditation. Several times if you have to. Picture yourself burning these images from your memory. If you ReScreen, ReBurn. Eventually they are gone and things are easier. Don't give up, stay strong. Control your brain, don't let it control you.
@billjohnston8822 жыл бұрын
Your videos have helped me but this one is immensely disappointing. It's ok to charge people to help them. It's ok to sell or promote a product that will help people, although ethically you should disclaim that you receive compensation for sales. What makes this so disappointing is you're pushing snake oil and you know it. Your own web page claims Muse can help with a myriad of issues including Traumatic Brain Injury and tinnitus. I have both. A bomb exploded next to me when I was in Iraq and I've been diagnosed, by doctors, with TBI and I wear hearing aids, that I bought from an audiologist, because of the tinnitus. How, exactly, will the Muse around my forehead straighten the damaged cilia hairs in my ear that are the cause of my tinnitus? What is this headband going to do about the damage my brain suffered from being shaken violently by the explosion? Even the Muse website doesn't make the claims you are making. The Muse page talks about helping with meditation, and that's it. Why does your page make claims that even Muse doesn't make? Why is your page full of gimmicks to pump sales? You're pushing a $500/month program. People should give that a lot of consideration and not jump in but your page encourages the opposite. "Do you want maximum change with minimum time and effort? Then the premium program is the one for you." Because healing a brain is something that can be done easily with little effort? Why does the enrollment button say "ONLY 20 SPOTS LEFT! Don't wait." If there were an actual limit and the button was updated then ok, but your button, on your page doesn't update. From the source code on your page. "ONLY 20 SPOTS LEFT! Don't wait." You ALWAYS have only 20 spots left. Why is that? You're trying to make a buck off of people that are desperate to change their lives and break their addictions. Shame.

that source code doesn't tell you anything, it could be updated on the server side. but yea it's probably just to give you fomo and not real

I'm no doctor but I do know that brain *changes* are different from brain *damage* . What happened to you in Irak is brain damage, what prn causes are brain changes. They are different. Drugs cause brain damage AND brain changes. Prn and behavioral addictions (fortunately) only cause brain changes. I don't mind if she makes money from it, she needs to feed her family somehow (specially if she is dedicated to this full-time), as long as what she sells works. Also, keep in mind she has a non profit. A lot of this money is probably going into that.

I wanna talk about how you always say it's men who have a problem and why a professional as yourself is sexist in that way and do you think it helps the situation to have that sort of divided heart
@DrTrishLeigh2 жыл бұрын
It’s not sexist. Science shows that men are impacted by pornography and masturbation in 90% cases. Women are impacted a very small percentage. It is what it is. I am here to help men because men are the ones who need the help. When men help themselves that impacts the women in their lives, the children and their lives and everyone else. The positive ripple effect of change. Zero sexism.
