Hope Aliyah Mohyeddin sees my question: Since Pakistan does not have proper clinical therapy structure, have you came across a person with ADHD? Has NLP been able to help them focusing on mundane or important tasks? PS: I know ADHD needs therapy and medication. But i am afraid Pakistan does not have a proper structure for specific psychological/physiological issues

Thank you so much for bringing this topic to be discussed, and I firmly believe that for Pakistani people to understand these concepts are necessary as we don't have culture to discuss the mental health. But I have a few reservations or I can say some counter arguments. I will begin with, you said there is "Bun kabab Wala" who has not established the food chain. He is lacking opportunity to grow further, and there would be lot of people around Pakistan who would be doing same thing. I want to highlight that if he is doing not in highly standard way, many of people from lower class, or middle class are affording the Kabab, and many people must be sleeping after having that. There is very small percentage of people can afford KFC and MC in addition to that, if kabab wala transform into chain business this will create a grave concern. Even, USA due to this sort of mindset people are suffering starvation. Furthermore, As it is being discussed, that we should avoid negative terminology to mention our emotion, instead, we should use positive word this will direct our compass to solutions...etc but this sort of emotional copping where these techniques are temporary fixation of problem. I strongly believe that negative terminology should be discussed and dealt to understand the issue in the first place then, we have establish the relation between us and the issue and ultimately solve it for future. In the end, it was mentioned that there is need to discover our full potential and we are unaware and have underestimated our potential. My question is which is meter that can measure our potential and we can strive to meet. If this mindset is implanted till the death human will suffer on daily basis to meet this and fall in the rabbit hole or vicious cycle.
