This conversation was utterly amazing and it is one of the most insightful things I have listened to in a while. As someone who struggles with communication greatly, this podcast has given me a sort of a direction of where to start in order to improve my communication skills. Although I have listened to a lot of podcasts on similar topics but this conversation has resonated quite well with me and I think that is due to the fact that Adeel bhai and I belong to a similar culture and set of experiences which allows for a deeper connection between the listener and the speaker. Ask me and I'd say; For communication skills, you all need to sort things out in your head, the thing thats stopping you from coming forward, you have to defeat it. Sit with yourself every once in a while and sort out all your scattered thoughts, for communication skills, you need a quiet mind and the mind that could think straight and only then you'd be able to speak well. Give thought to anything before speaking up and don't let your emotions get the better of you and once you've managed these few steps. Now, you'd have to find valid sources of information, books, social media, newspapers etc and be skeptical and don't believe everything you hear and within months you'd be able to speak well and your communication skills would flourish within couple of years. Baby steps and consistency are the keys you ought to keep with yourself on any transformation journey !
