What dumbbell weights is recommended for the exercise? 2kg?? I get not to heavy, just unsure. Perhaps 1.5kg? Thanks

Between 1kg to max 2kg. 1,5kg is good if you are a man

So, I tested this exercise. My core gets tensed up and it feels like you can't rotate that much, is that the goal of the exercise? i'm more compact, and it feels like you get more control this way

Yes good! Your core should always be so tense and you start activating it instead of playing with hands :)

Do u have a suggestion to how i suppose to hit the ball(body movement, hitting the ball moment) when the ball comes to our forehand but above our head a little bit?
