Hi world I'm Posy a 17 week old Coton de Tulear puppy.

See how fast Posy had you trained and you thought you were training him. These are great dogs We had one of the first in Canada around 30 years ago. He lived until he was 15 years old or so. I miss him.

@@616spideyenthusiast oh he’ll do just about anything for a treat, but he’s got a stubborn streak, so obedience is hit and miss.

we got a coton de tulear for free because he was abused very badly. if we were to buy him, he would of costed likely around 8 grand. The bad side of getting him was that he was pretty scared of men or tall guys (thus why we assumed his owner was a male). He is doing really really good now and does not shake out of fear when theres men in our house He also turned into a very good guard dog and keeps a look out in the door of my bedroom for about 10 to 5 minutes then he goes to bed. I forgot to tell you that his name is Harlo and hes so friggin adorable!!!

If he's still having fear issues at all check out info on Bach Flower Remedies. They work amazingly for helping to resolve trauma and behavioral issues I'm dogs (humans too, lol). Very safe and inexpensive as for pets you heavily dilute the remedies. We are using them for our dog and I'm continually impressed.

Since cotons have such pig paws they look like white newfoundland puppies when they are adults

They look like a small version of old english shepherd. Takes your breath away when you meet them for the first time, especially if they have all hair on them as they should have.

Heard this breed is really smart and im considering to buy one this spring. i see its pretty much worth the money i will probably get a boy. pretty much worth it. have few questions. 1. Do they leave a lot of hair? 2. Is it hard to train them? 3. Are they friendly to kids if you have a coton de tulear please answer my questions. sorry if my english was bad

1. They don’t shed too much they hypoallergenic dogs 2. Very easy to train them but some time can be little stubborn 3. Very friendly to kids

They do not shed whatsoever, it is not to difficult to train them but it takes a while. They are fantasttic with kids!

These dogs are so smart...I have a cotton and he isn't smart at all hes just a glutton and will do anything for food his name is Jack....Wait. I'm hungry....Jack get the car keys. Hi Helena! There is nothing to be scared about just make sure you are well prepared! Coton puppies are so much fun and love to play and explore! Mummy calls me her little bundle of happiness! You may want to think about training your puppy as we can be a little bit mischievous at times! But we definitely are such a friendly dog! I hope everything goes well for you! Oh and get a brush ready because we grow A LOT of hair! 😂
