Even tho Auden can learn alot from Devon, i hope he eventually will have his own ways of armwrestling. Seeking knowledge to get his own style etc. Cause i already know in the armwrestling community they will always look at him as "the son of". Making comparisons to Devon and sht. Love the videos Auden! As a 44 year old man, who has never armwrestled, I'm thinking of buying a table and start. The only thing holding me back is the fear of breaking my arm. I watched your armbreak prevention video, but I'm still unsure. I wish someone with your experience did lessons lol. If ever in London ontario, please post before hand. @audenlarratt unfortunately I don't have Facebook, or any social media. I am however on Armbet and joined the only group that was available in London. It's just the two of us and your father joined lol. Both of us don't have a table yet. Hopefully some clubs make some groups on Armbet shortly. I have no other way of finding a club, that I can see at least.

If you are worried about breaking your arm simply don’t apply side pressure. Problem solved. Focus on controlling the hand and wrist and pull straight back until someone quits. Don’t even worry about pinning at first.

I started a couple months ago. Just be smart. It’s usually not the other person who breaks your arm. It’s you. Take it slow and always keep good form.

Thank you guys for the advice. I feel I will be guessing on what exactly side pressure is. But not even working about pinning is a good idea, because to me, in my head, that is all side pressure. I'm not about to flop wrist press to avoid it.

Devon was trained by engin as well back in 2007 or 2008 devon asked engin for some technique and engin was teacher of the month that year for devon.

I used to love armwrestling. I.was actually freakishly strong for my size and was actually pretty good at it. I wish I could still do it because as popular as it is now I think I could've done well but MS had other plans for me. Life sucks when things you used to be able to do and enjoy are taken away from you.
