I don't think you would have put 15kg of muscle as it is not possible naturally even for beginners . You might have gained 5kg of muscle and rest as fat or water weight

"I have a very lean physique, i am 18 my weight is 56 ,height is 5.8 & mantainance calories are 2600. I follow a Routine in which i do very high cardio in morning and decent jugaadu gym at my friends place ( its almost like that open gym but it also has a pull down machine ) & i follow a Push Pull leg Split in which i just included abs with legs So i want to get a physique like you at a very middle class budget My ques is that you gained current physique when you started cutting a bulk body that you had an year ago So what should a lean guy do then ? •Should i bulk then cut? •Should i take Calories in surplus or deficit? •Should i decrease intense cardio and focus on weight training? •Should i Eat my mantainance calories? Other thing is that i am kind of not a beginner I have being doing workout for last 2 years but in a very inconsistent manner That's why i got no gains. Plz ans.😊

The reasons why Aryan's wrists are hurting could be the following: A. He is curling his wrists while punching, which is dangerous. B. He isn't tying his hand wraps properly, or he isn't using them at all C. Isn't using the right set of gloves. For a beginner, it's is important that they learn how to throw a punch first - wrist form being the most important. This doesn't have to done in front of a bag. Once you master that, learn how to tie hand wraps - you can tie them in a way to brace your wrists or protect your knuckles, depending on what your requirement is. Later, consider getting a good set of 12 oz gloves with adequate padding and wrist support. They don't cost a bomb for no reason. :) Pro tip: Start with shadow boxing and then take your chops to the bag. Boxing is fun, but one simple mistake can cost you valuable time, money, and, most importantly, the things that you love doing. Take it seriously, so you don't have to go through what a lot of inexperienced people do. :) Cheers!
