Very intelligent and puts his energy into bettering his team and himself. He's respectful to everyone, and notice there is no AIR of sensie about him. He works for other people's respect, he doesn't say it should be always given.

Holy Crap! This is such an amazing video on like a million levels. Loved- "those are your 3 things today, and I'll give you 3 more tomorrow", the wall of leaders, "Ithaca is Gangsta", "everyday is one day closer to the dirt, so ya gotta go hard". Your brain is everywhere! Freaking awesome.

Big respect for Greg Jackson having picture frames in his office of four great leaders that I also admire in Sir Ernest Shackleton, Genghis Khan, General Washington & Abraham Lincoln.

I look up to people that work hard to get to where they are, people that constantly grind day in day out to make him or her and others around them better people. I now respect Greg Jackson and i admire and will try to take on board his way of thinking, by looking up to people that are strong willed and smart, powerful and hard working, to better myself as a person and to become the best i can be.

I really wonder how a guy like Greg Jackson, without extensive fighting experience, have so much knowledge in techniques. When he teaches these techniques, its like he experienced them all and memorized them by heart.

He was big into training martial arts but he said himself “my parents were hippies so didn’t like combat sports” he obviously got into coaching to be around fighting.

Leaders are readers. You can tell Greg Jackson's brain is full of knowledge that he read from great people. Out of the fullness of the heart the mouth speaks. You can tell the greatness of what has entered into Jackson's brain by what comes out of his mouth...though some of it is crude and funny too, so the guy is not so big that he takes himself too seriously. His fighters are very lucky to have him.

Are you guys kidding me? Greg Jackson is awesome. On the business end with Dana there are major issues. But as far as a trainer and a person, the guy is cool and has done a lot for fighters. You may or may not agree with his methods but his fighters seem to be very happy and doing well. He deserves a little more respect as a martial artist and instructor.
@onalyd11 жыл бұрын
Dana's got all the cards in his deck. He could easily put the word to Joe Silva to not look favorably towards signing any young Team Jackson prospects. See how quickly we'll watch the migration out of Albequreque and the onset of Greg Jackson's irrelevance
