Great progressions and I would add that most coaches do not believe in progression training and even if they do, they will do it for a session or two and then see that there isn't immediate improvement and kill the idea. It would be like watching a child try to walk the first day of standing on two feet and if they do not take off running around the house, throw your hands up and forbid the child from the progression that it takes to be able to run around the house.

what is the make and model of the balance ball?

Interesting idea in theory... until they start hitting with real balls (at ~ 20:00). Then you are not seeing any significant hip drive motion. The player 'Zee' has no rotation on several hits. The jumping off the Bosu might be more useful in terms of plyometrics (static landing).

Their footwork and the landing need to get fix. They turn in landing causing future ankle stress fractures and shoulders should keep follow the movement thru all in direction to the toe.

I didn’t finish the video but the bands have taught them poor follow through and it’s going to ruin their shoulders. Instead of following through across their body they are stopping at their right hip putting stress on their anterior shoulder (labrum and rotator cuff).

yup that's so true, just had biceps LH and labrum tear repair surgery because I would finish at my right hip
