@@BasementBrandoni was checking reviews and came across this comment. Yes i see a used one for 250$ (like new ) and thinkkng to buy. Will this bar good for all lifts (swuat/bench/rows/shoulderpress) ? One bar for all ? Also I use versa grip normally as I have sweaty palm so sharpness is not a big issue for me. Just want to know the thickness is compatible for all lifts

With the aggro 2 have you noticed any discomfort squatting? The OBP doesnt bother my skin, but I was thinking, if it gets more aggressive, it might not be comfortable on the neck under a heavy load.

So what's the best overall bar that you have and what's the BEST bar you would recommend to someone who wants to make a home gym on a budget and is there a review about it?

Probably an Ohio power bar.

This really dives down to personal preference and circumstances, but I do usually point people towards an OPB for a few reasons. You can have your pick of sleeve thickness, finishes, knurling aggressiveness, it's made in the USA, built well, has a good warranty, and is priced fairly.

I have just turned 30 today. Im the market for a bar. I can't decide between eleiko ipf training bar or rogue 2x aggro. Eleiko is £130 more expensive when I apply my discount from my federation. Is it worth the extra money? Or should I go rogue?

I do not think the Eleiko is worth it for most people. The exceptions in my opinion are unless you just really want the bar, or want the bar used in IPF worlds.

I went for rogue aggro 2x. I have a wide rack like you and the wider sleeves ultimately win it for me. Pretty sure the bar will last last me a lifetime anyway.
