It's been awhile since I've done this.
10 rounds, 30 seconds work 15 seconds break. This is a really good conditioning drill for any martial artist, regardless of your age. I tried to be solid in my shots today, as well as continuing to flow in my combos. I've taken little snippets of each round and joined them to create this clip.
