Thank you very much for posting this video! This style of "no contractions"-freediving is not only more enjoyable, but also much more safe, because BO and LMC almost always happen within the contractions-phase of the dive (but you never know, so never dive alone!). I now train with this method only. Didn't had 1 contraction this year :D Just focusing on what this sport is about: relaxation and technique to be more efficient and so delay the co2-production and ending the dive when contractions, swallowing or bad technique come up. For me its not about co2-tollerance and for sure not about o2-tollerance to delay death.. Oh quite a long text I wrote :D just want to encourage people to dive safe: with buddy AND safe methods like this. Peace

It's not possible All of freediver have contraction between 60 75 m 100 m without any contraction how it's possible

My result is nothing special, in particular among the freedivers who train mostly freediving pool disciplines. When I train in winter in the pool I can reach relatively fast 80-90 m with no contr. focusing on such training and next 100 m.
