These little insights. into the world of lifting etc, have made me get off my ass and do some myself. Haven't lifted in over 25 years, and the thought of regaining what I once had filled me with dread, thinking it would take at least 4 years of hard graft to get there. But I now realise that just doing a little at a time is as rewarding as. setting too high an expectation of myself. After all, you can walk all the way round the world, just one step at a time. 🙏🏽 Thanks folks, you are all an inspiration.
