Yes! We can do ANY and EVERYTHING, while on our period

It’s not really a question of if it’s possible it’s more a question of if it’s comfortable. Yes, it’s possible and totally healthy! No, it’s not that comfortable. Not even because of cramps usually (if you’re having bad cramps you’re going to be in pain regardless of however you choose to exercise), but more so because flexing your muscles can cause sudden gushes and make it feel like you’re leaking through your protection
