Just to help you Charlie, when your in goal, you should have your hands pushed a bit further out as if you were holding an Xbox controller so that they are in a good neutral set position so you can turn them both up and down. Also so that they are in front of you so they can sttack the ball before it's level or past you! Good video tho

Hi Charlie, love your stuff! Quick tip for goalkeeping- easy way to get your angles completely right (how far to stand out from the line as well) is to imagine a semi circle that peaks in the middle of the 6 yard box line and start from each post! Try it out! might work for you, might not! Will help you get those impossible low and hard ones a little more easily.

Just a suggestion, but next time you could begin with Theo saying where he'll shoot before he shoots, so you can work your way up. Right now - although fun - it seems a bit messy as a preparation for a match. Also: when in goal, really try to extend your arms and legs to get to that last inch. Love your vids as always man, keep it up!

Theo I think you should do a goalkeeper challenge for you or charlie, your choice. The challenge would be where you put different objects on the floor just in front of the keeper (6 hard box potentially) such as water bottles, cones etc. and see how charlie or you does against the deflections the ball makes. Also another challenge you could do could be to put the bounce back net thing (whatever it's called) in front of the keeper at an angle and one of you hit the ball off the bounce back thing so that it deflects towards the goal and see how the goalkeeper does against it. Also for both challenges if the keeper catches it he gets 3 points, if he parries the ball either over or wide of the goal or far away enough to deny a player a chance from scoring from a rebound in game, and also 1 point if the keeper saves it but parties the ball into a dangerous potentially granting an attacker another chance to take a shot on goal in goal and last of all obviously 0 points if it goes in. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION as I would really enjoy to see these challenges.

If you're going to play in goal you need to practice diving to your left. It seems to be your weak point in goal. Just start slow. Practice falling over. And then go for the dives the way you do on your right.
