You do the same handful movements pretty consistently. Did you do a wider variety in the past, especially as you packed on the mass you have now? Or always these movements? Personally I only s/b/d/ohp plus a few variations and a handful of essential movements (like dips, pullups). And once a month I do a bit of hypertrophy work where needed (mainly biceps to help with stability).

Mostly the above. Occasionally I throw inna few rows but I get plenty of variation from the natural stone lifting
