General not, there are back off sets most the time to help bring up the volume

Thanks mate. I had trained back the day before and deadlifts the day before that. So I wasn't fresh but still moved well. Belts and wraps my old PR is 365kg. I will go well past this in the next block

The latest time I see someone do Dumb bell shoulder press with that form, and intensity also the weight was Bertil Fox in the 90's in my local Gym. Great work Laird

3.5 years to crack 3 fucking plates is rough. Almost at 3 plates under 1 year. Will probably hit it by January-February. Im not even a giant 5'8' but to be fair im probably broader in the shoulders than most strongmen.

Yeah they will give you an advantage. It took me about 2 years but I was 17 , start training at 15
