You could also view it as there is no end. I choose to view it as him saying that you have the light that you see at the end of the tunnel already present with you, you just have to be aware of it and do not let it dim but make it grow brighter and brighter. Just watched this video for the first time. I've been watching your channel for a few years now and I have to say that when I first started watching you I had already been taking steps to get into culinary school, but it fell through for reasons involving depression and a lack of transport, but I'm doing better now and after watching this video I've decided to get back in shape. I gained a lot of weight due to my depression making me put forth a lack of effort in everything except my marriage and raising my son. I'll be the first to admit I haven't been properly taking care of my body, but starting today thanks to you being my inspiration I'm going to put my best foot forward and sprint my way to a better healthier living for myself, my wife, and our son. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Babish.

I had no idea you struggled with depression and anxiety, that is definitely inspiring man ive been struggling with alcohol and depression for years after the army and you have always been fantastic to watch and a welcome distraction but now I have to agree with your sentiment it only takes one day and I want to make that distant light at the end of the tunnel into a burning torch.

Heya. I heard that overdosing on niacin can really help with the alcohol dependancy, it helped me. Maybe look into it?
@biancat77614 жыл бұрын
@Arigato Senpai do some research of people experiences! I'm always skeptical of online reviews but there are literally THOUSANDS idk if you don't see results in a week then obviously it doesn't work. But the idea is that it works instantly. You get this "hot flush" when you "overdose" that lasts for like an hour or two and drinking alcohol can make the hot flush even more intense so you have like a physical reaction to alcohol that's unpleasant. That's why alot of people stop drinking alcohol or stop becoming alcohol dependant on niacin.

Because cigars are smoked merely for flavor and the smoke is kept in your mouth. It does not go into your lungs, or that’s what your supposed to do. Because the smoke is in your mouth, the transfer into your bloodstream is less effective than in your lungs.
