Are caiques naturally used to hopping? Or is it really just easier for them to learn it? I've never seen a budgie or a lovebird or a quaker hop.

Caiques hop and walk. They don't usually fly but they can learn how to but they wont fly long. And there is a small chance that a caique will start repeating sentences that you said.

He is to adorable my caquie tigger starting dancing at 7 months playing putting on the ritz song from the 80 from taco.he just started liking the song as I was danicing with him on my hand everyday next thing I knew he was a tap dancer going up n down n stomping his feet it's to cute n now he goes fast up n down dancing lol omg he cracks me up.i do have some videos of him younger on you tube I haven't keep up with KZbin much.i wouldn't know how to post it on KZbin I forgot how since its been a long time but I will share soon.is this the caquie that was so sick and u nursed it back to health? What a great video. Validating little steps makes such a huge progress. Excellent lesson. My breeder has 2 clutches hatched 3 weeks apart. Black Heads and White Heads. I am getting 2 birds, one of each. I am undecided about the gender. 2 boys or 2 girls? I appreciate your feedback.

Zyes birds are a lot smarter than her. We have them. I had a pigeon once. Fed it because the mother rejected it. It thought it was a parrot. Don't praise stupidity When she comes back with a 2 min recital then that will show she knows this type of bids capacity to fathom. That is something she clearly does. Not Peace out looons
