Girl I am so proud of you. The mindset sessions are helping, talking yourself through it was a great idea, and having a friend to hold you accountable is also awesome. You always stayed positive and knee you had the ability. As a rider who teaches students at the national level, I look at a 90 fence now that I'm in my mid 30s and am a mom, and I go how did that ever seem small to me, I can talk myself into doing it, but I use to jump novice height and never be afraid, my horse is very similar to banksy, trusts me a ton, I trust her, I know she will and can do it, but I do need to be in charge of she gets strong and takes over because one of us has to make a choice, I didn't like you, have a major incident that caused me to feel this way, it fort of just happened. I am inspired watching you work so hard on this as I want to get past this block I have. I would like to find a sports coach too some time. I think it could be great for me. Thanks for sharing your journey.

And as for you T, you made me smile for the whole vlog! Your attitude throughout was just brilliant, love seeing your happy smiley face. When you were telling him off for breaking into canter when you were just wanting an extension of your trot was just great, it was like "no Boo I'm in charge today, not you, you WILL do as you are told!" Your positive, strong attitude was brilliant hun, and to see you as keen as boyo to be jumping again with a huge smile on your face just makes me so happy for you! Looking forward to your next vlog as always hun, take care and keep smiling T, love ya hun xxxx

Tina... keep this up and you will smash through the goals you set. Focus was much improved. Your school was lovely. You didn’t make excuses and you rode. Best was right rein flat work canter when you lost stirrup. You keep riding and rode thru his issue and you got it back. I felt that moment was the most confident I’ve heard/seen you ride. You are an effective rider when you focus and chose to be. Great job. Everything we do around/on them is training or untraining. That was definitely a training lesson😁 appreciated Em holding you accountable... her eye and training is coming along so well also. Can’t wait for Podcast 💜

Great vlog Tina ! Personally I’d have taken the Yfood AND the Yorkie! 😋 Quick suggestion : when you put music in the background but people are still talking, maybe use music without words? I find it hard sometimes to understand what’s being said with singing in the background. Which is a shame as your new mics are brill! As for the breathing and sniffly sounds, I wouldn’t have noticed if you hadn’t mentioned them so don’t feel you have to apologise 😉 And who doesn’t hear those sounds when they’re riding?!

Hi Tina, I very much enjoy your Vlogs and I have learned alot from you. I don't know you apart from what I watch on your Vlogs, and you don't know me at all, and I am no expert. I am going to be blunt, so take a deep breath! Forget about any distractions such as a washing machine, dropping your drink and so on; these are little things. The biggest goal in your life right now is 'Badminton', and that is just round the corner. Your anxieties appear high, and this is interfering with your training, and focus. My opinion is to work on bringing down your anxieties, and not allow any distractions; as your anxieties will travel into Sir Banksy too. Badminton is just around the corner, and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity; in my opinion you need to be 'focused'. In my opinion it is okay for some fun with your pony, as that relieves stress, increases trust and bond, and reduces anxiety; but still stay focused on your ultimate goal, and that is Badminton. Forget what Robbie is taking to eat with him for Golf, forget all those niggely distractions. Your focus is 'Badminton'. Tina, you eat, drink, sleep, and train Badminton. A technique to try, is to visualize yourself finishing in the top ten for Badminton to help you focus in your training; and do not focus on what could go wrong, or any other tittle tattle distractions. Calm down, head up high, and focus on your ultimate goal; and that is Badminton. Use your training wisely to iron out the creases, and think Badminton. Focus Tina, you can do it! At this moment in life, Badminton is your life; this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. No self doubts, no tittle tattle distractions - Focus for your ultimate current goal that you and Sir Banksy, have worked so hard for, and this is Badminton! Within your life, you are the one who is training for Badminton, you are the one who is going to be competing in Badminton; you need to stay focused. You are a fantastic equestrian, and your whole life at this moment in time is 'Badminton'. Because if you do not give it your all I am guessing that will be disappointing for you. But if you give it your all, you will complete the Badminton event with your head held high, no matter where you place. To help yourself stay focused, focus on mindfulness to improve concentration and bring your anxieties down, do not focus on tittle tattle distractions, visualize yourself coming in at top ten at Badminton when your training, and go for it. Easy for me to say, I am not competing in Badminton, but you are; and this is a once in a life time opportunity. Focus Tina, you can do this. Badminton is currently your life! There are no second chances when you are competing in Badminton. Focus and enjoy your victory knowing you gave it your all. There is no shame in where you place, as long as you have given it your all. Focus Tina, Badminton is your life right now. In regards to the podcast, perhaps start that after you have competed in Badminton, because for now; Badminton is your life. Go for it!
