Fantastic, Scott. I'm in my late 40s also and have recently been a convert to lower weight but more controlled, thoughtful training and its made a difference in my physique. I remember being in my late teens/early 20s, training in a commercial gym with a few guys in their 40s who had great physiques. They all advocated deloading, controlled eccentrics, consistency over aggression. They were right, but like most young guys I had to learn the hard way! Hopefully, younger viewers can learn from by watching action icons like yourself! Cheers, keep kicking!
@za.3077 ай бұрын
I know a lot people like the Boyka physique. I see some outlandish stuff in my gym. This video is great because it shows someone with a great physique and doing the basics, but the personal trainer making you do them well. Hammering home the point that nothing fancy is needed. Just the basics AND consistency. Love the video Scott.💪

Very encouraging to watch, Scott. I'm 60 and trying g to build and define my 105 kg frame. Watching how you guys don't let weights outdo the need for form shows that discipline and consistency are the best tools out there. I'm justt restarting my journey and need a lot of work to be summer fit. Thanks for a real person's demonstration😊
