Both styles are good these feel like lifting with a homie that’s a coach the other feels like I’m listening to my coach that’s a homie.

I've been finishing my gallon jug before 2PM most days (I workout in the mornings). It doesn't really even feel like a lot of water now and I love that it makes tracking things much easier.

No way you're drinking a gallon of water a day, people get very sick doing that
@ShetharTraining

@@kingmidas1the national academy of medicine recommends a water intake of 15.5 for men just shy of a gallon, not that this is an end all be all but just an example. I also drink around about a gallon of water a day (though I am a larger person), I feel as though for the most part anyone who is getting sick from that water intake has inadequate electrolyte intakes or has not done it for long enough for their aldosterone levels to adjust but everyone is different!

@@ShetharTraining Shouldn't people who workout drink more? Not to mention people like you (gorilla men) Because fit people have more muscle and they sweat out everything Personally as a 5'6.5 56kg manlet even when I was 50kg I noticed I got the most gains when I drank a shit ton of water (around 5 litres) even when I wasn't sweating everything out

On drinking a lot. Its common up north to smash over 10L a day. 40, 50 cups of water, easy. Imagine not drinking a fuckload of water!

Taken 400mg magnesium glycinate every night for the last 7 years! It’s one of few supplements I recommend to near everyone as it’s deficient in near everyone’s diet!
