Yes Kristof. Directors from my club attended a coaching course he presented in Florida this summer.

I recognised exercises and principles he promotes. Good to see that his influence is reaching people even in the USA. Good job on picking them up and using them in the right way. You also noticed it truly speeds up the learning processes? I've been working for a few years like this now and I still have a lot to learn. I love the brain centred learning story. It's a never ending story with many interesting chapters. Everyday I try to improve in applying it to my boys! Good luck with it! Cheers

Could you possibly progress this to just one touch?
@kristofgregoor61388 жыл бұрын
A nice variation is to play it with 8 players. One of them checks out into space in between the gates and plays the ball one touch inside, then gets it back (again one touch) and then plays the diagonal ball through the gate (again one touch) so you have 1 (ball inside), 2 (ball outside) and 3 (diagonal pass). Just focus on coaching the rhythm and let your players play every ball with the back foot. :)

And then for example if you coach "CHANGE!". They reverse the exercise and play the other way around. Let them do this in fast transition. If they become familiar you can run it with 2 balls and then this exercise can go really fast.
