Alan_Time Yeah, that was unintentionally awkward. If Ben had handed him 60 without saying anything, the toll collector would have automatically given him the change. He probably thought the tip was for being friendly and letting himself be filmed. The toll was 57 rand = US $4.71, and the change was 3 rand = 25 cents.

Amy Miller SP's voice at that point was so low in pitch & volume, I'd be surprised if it's decipherable. I think he was saying someone in a neighboring tent was snoring. He didn't want the complaint to be overheard, and it wasn't even by us.
