A train is a public place, no permission is needed to record videos of a public place (the arrogant employee just happened to be preset there). 4. Yes, the person keeping his luggage in the passage is wrong. 5. The staff may not be guilty, but the staff is always responsible for keeping a train in appropriate condition.

Well done . Railway which is lifeline for journey in India, is yet to sort out such negligence in most of trains.
