Trains at: Bath Spa, GWML, Bank Holiday Monday Special, 2nd May 2022

Hello guys and welcome back to another special video and today I’m at bath spa on the great western mainline this is my third visit to bath spa so hope you all enjoy the video you will be seeing services from GWR only but the mix of GWR trains in end was really good there was scheduled freight to run but it ended up getting cancelled.

Good video at Bath Spa Alex nice selection of trains including the Double Class 158 and Turbos and the extra bonus trains being diverted onto London Paddington to Bristol line due to the points failure on the shortcut line to Taunton via Westbury shame the Freight was cancelled but still a great video.

8:44 Indeed, platform 2 is longer than platform 1, which is quite noticeable on the Bristol end of the station, where platform 2 extends over the Avon canal.

Yes it was lucky tho getting a extra train or two only because of the points failure in between Taunton and westbury

For me a fantastic video no 150s. Great to see double turbos and 158. What has Exeter done to GWR to be dumped with the 150.

Yeah thanks Dan and yes the diverted IETs was because of a point’s failure in between Taunton and westbury

SWR don't go to Bristol Temple Meads anymore so u don't get any SWR at Bath Spa

Great video by the way alex but sorry I am typing back I don't normally text back to let you know that I like your videos is due to I am in hospital at the moment with my 3rd gallbladder infection and I am having my keyhole surgery tomorrow to remove it but just asking next Sunday can I make train video with you next Sunday at Exeter st davids if you are out and about by then then at least I be ok again for my channel do you know what I mean
