Hello and welcome to this second video of my trip to London in August 2019 which is from Bethnal Green. It is on the Lea Valley Lines between London Liverpool Street and Cambridge Heath however it is where the GEML and WAML converge before the throat of Liverpool Street.
Bethnal Green is one of the best stations to visit in East Anglia if you're looking for passengers trains as it right at the throat of Liverpool Street with trains passing through every 1-2 minutes. There are 4 lines for GEML services with both suburban TFL services, running with Class 315's and 345's, and the other 2 for faster GreaterAnglia services worked by EMU's and Class 90 intercity sets. The 2 lines that run through the station are the local Lea Valley and WAML Lines that run to Cambridge, Stansted Airport operated by GA with Class 317's and 379's and London Overground run to Chingford, Enfield and Cheshunt with older BREL units. The views and vantage points are great, range of traction is amazing and the frequency is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this station to other spotters.
