Welcome to Episode 103 of Rover! Today I am at Castle Cary on the Great Western Main Line where services are seen by Great Western Railway and South Western Railway.
Castle Cary was a lovely, scenic station and one I always enjoy returning to. The views are not as glorious as that of Bruton but have a still nice view of the curve coming from the Westbury direction. The variety here was great with mostly HSTs on show but one a piece of the rest of the stuff here. The facilities though need massive improvements done to them, there are no cafes which there needs to be and the shelter space is minimal, this should change for a station that you can change at for somewhere. Overall though, it was a nice station.
