Trains at Cheltenham

Here I am at Cheltenham station. This is a modern station in Frankston line, and there are a lot of features here. There are a lot of parking spaces, a bridge, 3 platforms, a new customer service, and more. Some of the trains terminate at this station. I have a problem at this station. At platform 1, I saw a man lying down on the ground because he was unconscious. Oh no!
