Trains at Exeter St Davids 30 June 2001.
A saturday afternoon at Exeter watching Great Western and Virgin Hsts and Class 47s also the appearance of 60072 on a scrap train bound for Cardiff Tidal Sdgs.
Having never been to Exeter and with the prospect of voyagers taking over Cross Country services in 2002 it was time to have a trip down there armed with a £10 return ticket from Virgin Trains we set off.
If any one is interested this is the haulage for the day.

Enjoyable day out all travel on comfortable mark 2 or 3 coaches not a journey i would like to make in 2023

H i Andrei nothing of the sort it was Flyng Scotsman complete with Bagpipes working a Paddington - Plymouth Charter 30 June 2001. I had already uploaded a separate clip on you tube showing it on 30 September 2022 so i thought i would give it a miss so as not to duplicate things.
