Enjoyed watching this. Glad you finally managed to catch the red coaches on that HST.

I saw on what the number was of the class 91 at 11mins and 15 secs was that 91124 was leading the formation.

Hi Tornado922, nice video -- love seeing the 225's and other trains running at speed through the station at Grantham!! Question: on the Virgin trains in this video I did not discern a horizontal yellow stripe to identify the first class carriages. Is the yellow stripe not a universal marking? On these trains is first class simply designated by "1" signs on the doors or adjacent thereto? Thank you!!! Cheers, Chip

Hi chip. Not at all trains have the yellow stripe to differentiate first and second class. On the virgin trains East Coast services the first class carriages are marked by 2 blue lines running along the lower half of the carriage. A lot of the trains in the UK however do still use the standard yellow stripe.

***** Thank you, Toronado922! At 11 min. 20 sec. on the video a Virgin HST to York arrives pulled by 43319. In the color scheme on that train I saw neither double blue stripes [which I did see on earlier trains in the video] nor a yellow stripe; all the carriages appear to be identically marked. Am I missing the first class markings on this particular variation of train set? Incidentally, I am learning so much from your videos!!! Apols for all my questions. Cheers, Chip

***** Some carriages purely carry the number 1 on them to signify First Class Carriages. I don't mind the questions, feel free to ask as many as you like. I'm glad to hear my vids are somewhat educational :)

Been to Grantham loads and going there again later! Your videos are actually amazing and how do you get tones off drivers because I never get any! P.s the EMT HST comes through my town every Saturday in the summer approx 9:27 and 12:36.

Crazy Adam 8 Grantham is a great station to film at :) All I do is just wave at the drivers as they pass by me, sometimes they just wave back and other times they give out great tones like the one at the start of the video.
