Trains at Ipswich & Manningtree, Busy Day on the GEML | 13/07/18

It's been a while since I've filmed on the Great Eastern Mainline, so why I was over in the East thought it'd be rude not to get some footage.
I had about 45 minutes spare at Ipswich on Thursday 12th July so decided to film what was around there. Then the following day on Friday 13th I spent about an hour and a half doing some filming. Fridays are very busy days for Freight on the Great Eastern route! 6 freights passed Manningtree within just over an hour of each other. So there's plenty of those to look out for as well as all the other GEML regulars.
INCLUDES: Freightliner 86's & 66's, GBRF 66's, Greater Anglia 90's, 321's, 360's and a 156.

Interesting the 360s have never yet changed out of their purple colour despite all the other units having changed multiple times since they were introduced. Everything seems to be moving towards a white based livery now which I find rather boring.

I was wondering where that Class 321 was heading as i couldn't make out where it was headed on the Desto box but fantastic clip despite that. Especially seeing more 66's than 86 working Cobridge-Crewe and Lawley Street- Felixstowe Intermodals

@@TrainPlaneHub Sorry, the channel name is Trainspotter6637, they may have deleted the videos after I brought it up, but the specific ones stolen were from this video. 66571 and two more freight approaching from Felixstowe direction. Hope this helps

That level crossing at Manningtree must be an annoyance.

AndreiTupolev I live a minutes drive from Manningtree Station, and I can confirm that the level crossing is an absolute nightmare! It's closed more than it's open, and the traffic is horrendous!
