Trains at Leeds - 30/11/2023

Filmed on 30/11/2023. So, as it is getting ever closer to the best season of all, we decided to head back out and about for another stella day in West Yorkshire. For the first of 5 stations of the day, we begin the day with an early morning rush hour trainspotting session at Leeds. (Season 10 Episode 35)
Well, we do indeed do say farewell to a true rail icon which has now reached the end of the line. Yes, the Transpennine Express Nova 3's. Although, its been a rocky road for them with teething issues and the recent 'Crackgate' incident, these Nova 3's are getting withdrawn with the future of the MK5 sets remaining unknown as they will be heading into storage. Sadly, this is due to the government decision to withdraw them. All we can say is we wish for all the best of the MK5 stock, wherever they will go. God Speed Nova 3.
But, every cloud does have a silver lining as the best of British Derby built class 91's are still performing very strongly between Leeds and London Kings Cross. Luckily, we see the daily working from Skipton to London Kings Cross worked by a 225 set. Also, with the recent news from LNER is they have invested into some electric multiple units built from CAF but all to be shown in the future.

Great video I just saw an error at the start you put a 334 not a 333
