Trains at Micheldever, SWML - 6/9/19

Welcome to the latest episode of Big Trip! Today I am at Micheldever on the South Western Main Line where services are seen by South Western Railway and CrossCountry.
Micheldever was a lovely station to film with good scenery all around and very good passing trains throughout. The station's views were fantastic as there were good curves coming from the Basingstoke direction and you can hear the trains approaching from Winchester from a fair way away. The station has minimal facilities but seems to be well looked after and has a lovely stone paving across the station. The amount of freight was brilliant with it going through at brilliant speeds and quite frequently too. Overall, a very enjoyable little station, well worth the visit to although it doesn't serve a massive area!
