Trains at Weston-super-Mare, GWML - 2.3.24

Points of interest - 11:45 (only voyager of the day on the loop)
Hello guys!! Welcome to another video and in this video I am at Weston-super-Mare which is located on a loop of the GWML. In this video you sew services by Great Western Railway and one service operated by CrossCountry!!
This ones a decent station with a good amount of service however is very curved so views arent the greatest. As with anywhere these days lots and lots of IETs here however it does see XC services throughout the year although a few more in the summer. Station also sees Severn Beach turbos which is a welcome break from the IETs and a bit of extra variety however it does get repetitive!
Never thought Id say this but a voyager was the highlight of the video💀

I am so old that I remember arriving at Weston Super Mare General (as it was called back then), hauled by a steam loco. Our family had travelled from Leeds on the Devonian - we did it every summer. My grandparents lived in Weston.
