Blue goose'd V-sets, gold tinted windows on V-sets, 46 class locos, 48 class locos, U-boats, rail motors .... the golden era of trainspotting in NSW rail imo. So much more variety in trains and liveries than what we see nowadays

The good old days, when trains were made in Australia, and were built like a tank.

But we all know you can't build trains in Australia.! Politicians never learn from history!

Remember the 46 was built in the UK and its pedigree was without peer namely based on the Woodhead EM1/2

Judging by the wattle about, I'm guessing this is all from Spring '92?

Fantastic video mate, great videos of the loco hauled passes and the 86's on the coal, grain and other freights along with the variety in liverys. Also good seeing the 48's out and about on different things.

Fantastic video, always good to see the loco-hauled Countrylink trains before they were phased out. (although they did return for griffith and broken hill from 96 to the millenium)

Lock hauled passenger trains are certainly more interesting!. XPT is not really suitable for the work they do.It will be into to see their replacements.

The Vline locomotive reminds me of a similar movement I saw in 1987.

Hot diggity dog. Man I Love the sounds of that little Choo Choo. Horny sounding passenger announcement too. Love and best wishes from Idaho Mississippi.
