Great video. Is wagonload freight thriving (or at least, doing okay) in South Africa? It has all but disappeared here in the UK, which is now mostly block/unit trains of one commodity each.

Yes they do, but i dont think thats why the 43s are there. The 43s can run run through the tunnels easy, whereas (I think) the 35s has slight trouble.

They have been doing work there ever since cable theft happened. Its been alomst 2 or 3 years.
