After not seeing any rail traffic for the better part of a year, Union Pacific's Permanente Branch roared to life once more as 10 hoppers went up to the cement plant for storage on February 12th; however, due to a mudslide, the train got stranded at the cement plant and was unable to return to Warm Springs. 2 days later on Valintines Day Morning, a crew was dispatched to Permanente to rescue to the power as the LRB32X and return it to Warm Springs Yard for the evening's trains.
