im a server and bartender, my catering company (that I work for) deals with insanely wealthy clients all the time but catering is much different (the atmosphere and setup) than serving at a restaurant. I used to work at restaurants for over ten years and I hated when assholes like that would come in. I respect her for keeping her cool and im Puerto Rican so even though I don't know her race I know she's Latina and we got that fire so she held it together really well, her and the manager and the other gentleman.!
