Its from a short tiktok au where Cadance gets infected with a mysterious disease that makes her mutate and Celestia has her trapped in the castle dungeon. Then I think twilight gets infected too or something and she starts growing paranoid and hateful of celestia's actions idk its a little confusing and too short for a proper analysis
